Frank Diliberto serves as Principal of Diliberto Real Estate Services and RealEstateAuctionsINC.com.  He is Operating Director at City Capital Advisors. Mr. Diliberto has completed over $5.8 billion in sales and advisory volume on behalf of Fortune 500’s, leading banks, institutions, trusts and private investors.  Mr. Diliberto has been instrumental in the blending of capital markets resources into real estate solutions; a prime reason for winning auction clients such as: GE Capital, Allstate Life, Bank of Montreal Harris Bank, Centex Homes, Intel Corp, Apollo Development, InsituForm Technologies, KDC, MGM Development Services, past chairman of TWA, Stetson Hat Family and Bowne Germany.  

 Over his 23 year career, Mr. Diliberto has been come to be a leader in the advancement of auction and structured-sales solutions within the US and select Global real estate markets.  He has accomplished some industry “firsts,” such as Intel’s first non US auction. His expertise includes high-level transaction negotiations, real estate and capital markets advisory and deal structure. 

Former Experience:    KPMG Corporate Finance; Managing Director, head of expansion of real estate advisory and  auctions. 

 Mr. Diliberto has been a member of many professional organizations, including: Urban Land Institute (ULI),  CoreNet Global (NACORE), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) & the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He has been featured in regional, national and international media including The Wall Street Journal, news affiliates ABC 7, NBC 5, CBS 2, The Chicago Sun Times, The Chicago Tribune, New York Newsday, Toronto Globe, FOX News, WTTW, WBBM Radio, London Guardian, MSNBC and Yahoo News.

 He has addressed numerous business and real estate professional affiliations as a key speaker and expert panelist and has held numerous Real Estate Brokers and Sales licenses around the country.

Mr. Diliberto maintains a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Securities Agent (Series 63) which provides unique alternatives for his clients.

Asad Kausar brings innovative and dynamic ideas to DRES backed by his education in marketing and 5 years of experience in online marketing and copywriting. Dan Shiels, a Director at Diliberto Real Estate Services, focuses on evaluation with a strong emphasis on advisory services and business development. Dan is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, member of both the National Association of Homebuilders and the Turnaround Management Association, and has given lectures at the University of Tennessee and Methodist University.

 

 


David Schy

David Schy was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association in 1978 and became a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker in 1989. Following a successful career at Sheldon Good & Company that encompassed more than $1 billion in sales volume, Mr. Schy formed Park Place Auctions and Realty. He currently acts as a lawyer and broker for Diliberto Real Estate Services.

  Eric Christman serves as a Director for the firm and focuses on client representation in advisory and auction services. With over 20 years and $400 million in real estate mergers & acquisitions as well as development, Mr. Christman is a leader in the real estate business. Most recently, Eric was with his own company Christman Capital arranging various real estate debt & equity transactions as well as the development of a 126 Unit condominium complex. Mr. Christman began his career with First Industrial Realty Trust where he participated in the merger and acquisition of four real estate companies at IPO of First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc.

His time spent at the Shiner Group allowed the creation of 1 million square feet of retail space and development encompassing over 200 acres of land valued at $75,000. Mr. Schwartz is able to provide a well rounded approach to business development and project management by having worked with a variety of businesses, including BP and other leading Fortune 500 companies, along with private sector firms.
